450g of plant-based vanilla yogurt

Maple syrup, to taste

1 cup Strawberry Chocolate Gourmet Granolove
- Approximately 10 fresh strawberries, sliced
Directions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, stir together the plant-based vanilla yogurt with maple syrup until well combined.
- Pour the yogurt mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it out evenly with a spatula.
- Sprinkle the granola and arrange the sliced strawberries over the yogurt.
- Place the baking sheet in the freezer and let freeze for at least 4 hours, or until completely firm.
