A healthy and nutritious alternative to store-bought crackers!
Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, mix together all dry ingredients.
Add water and mix quickly.
Using a spatula, spread mixture evenly on the prepared baking sheet. The dough should be approximately ½ cm thick.
Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes.
Remove from the oven and, using a knife, cut into squares or triangles. Return to oven and bake for another 10 minutes.
Remove from oven, flip the crackers and bake for 15 minutes more or until you reach your desired shade of golden.
Remove from oven and let cool completely.
