1 cup chickpeas
¼ cup PRANA organic hemp seeds
1 small zucchini
3 to 5 tbsp lemon juice
1 to 2 garlic cloves
1 pinch of cumin seeds
Sea salt and fresh ground pepper
Place all ingredients in a food processor with an S blade.
Blend until smooth.
Refrigerate 1 hour or serve immediately with raw veggies or pita chips.
