Cut sweet potatoes into uniform strips (about ½ inch wide) and place on a baking sheet.
In a bowl, mix the paprika, garlic powder, coconut palm sugar and maca.
Brush the fries with coconut oil (liquified, by heating over low heat) and sprinkle the spice mixture all over.
Bake at 450 ° F for 25 minutes or until the fries are golden brown. Allow a few extra minutes for crispier fries.
