Lucuma is one of the most popular flavors of ice cream in Peru and Chili. This recipe, made from frozen bananas, takes only 5 minutes to make and has a lovely slight caramel taste. A treat to be enjoyed by kids and adults alike.
- 2 frozen bananas
- 1 tbsp PRANA raw lucuma powder
1 tbsp PRANA organic raw cacao nibs, and more to sprinkle on top
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 pinch sea salt
Some chopped PRANA organic raw pecans, to sprinkle on top
- Put all ingredients in a high-speed blender and mix until it reaches an ice cream texture.
- Serve in a bowl and decorate with cacao nibs and pecans.
