Raw 4-Spice Carrot Cream Soup
A spicy raw soup in no time!
4 large carrots
2 cloves garlic
1 ripe avocado
2 tsp spices of your choice (curry, cumin, pepper, ginger, cayenne)
1/4 cup wheat-free tamari sauce
3 cups hot, but not boiling water
1/4 cup olive oil
3 tbsp cold-pressed chia oil
fresh coriander, for garnish
Add all ingredients to your blender except the olive oil and chia. Blend until smooth.
Once the mixture is smooth, drizzle in the oil with the blender still running to create an emulsion.
Pour the raw carrot soup into a bowl and sprinkle with chopped coriander.
